This Refund Policy applies to all hosting, VPS, and contribution payments.
All payments for VPS plans, hosting services, dedicated resources, add-ons, and upgrades are non-refundable. Resources provision instantly, so refunds cannot be issued.
No refunds are provided for downtime, DDoS attacks, maintenance, performance issues, configuration errors, or user mistakes.
Voluntary contributions are final, non-refundable, and cannot be disputed or charged back.
Chargebacks submitted without valid legal basis result in immediate account termination, suspension, blacklisting, and possible legal action.
If a payment is proven fraudulent, services may be suspended, verification may be required, and refunds may be issued only on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may only be issued if required by Wyoming law or other applicable regulations.
